Please make sure you have the Event Recording mode of operation enabled with the following settings:
- Local Recoding Mode: Continuous
- Remote Storage: Clips
- Send Notifications: Enabled
To access your devices mode of operation, please follow these instructions:
1.a Long press on your device from the Properties view and select Device Settings, or
1.b Select Devices from the top menu and select the gear icon beside your video camera.
2. Select Modes of Operation
3. Enable Event Recording and make sure your settings are the same as above.
