Once a property is leased, the kit should be removed from the property and transferred to the next vacant property to be monitored. To do so, follow these steps:
- To avoid multiple false alerts, first archive the property in the dashboard.
- Turn off the hotspot by holding down the power button for 3 seconds. Ensure all indicator lights have turned off.
- Unplug the hotspot, disconnect (unscrew) the antenna paddles, pack the hotspot, antenna paddles, and power cord into the case.
- Using the white Insert Remover Tool included in the kit, remove all video camera inserts and replace with blank inserts. Place video camera inserts into the case.
- If other sensors (i.e. motion, temperature, etc.) are also installed, remove them by pinching the side clips and pulling the insert from the wiring device. Place the sensor(s) in the case and insert a blank insert into the device.
- The kit can now be moved and installed in a new property.
