Follow these steps to successfully add a video camera insert to your Swidget app.
1. Open the Swidget App
Open the Swidget app and navigate to the home screen.
2. Add a New Device
Tap the '+' icon to add a new device and select Scan QR Code.
3. Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR code located on the video camera insert or on the packaging.
4. Confirm the QR Code
Once the QR code is scanned successfully, you will see a confirmation screen.
5. Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
Select or input the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network you want to use and enter the password and show generated QR code to the video camera. QR code has been successfully scanned once the LED turns purple.
6. Configure Modes of Operation
Choose the desired modes of operation for your video camera insert, such as Event Recording and Occupancy/Vacancy Mode.
7. Add to a Kit or Create a New Kit
Decide whether to add the device to an existing kit or create a new kit for it. Select Save when complete.
8. Complete the Setup
Once all settings are configured, complete the setup process by clicking Done.
